Acceptance of these Terms
By using the Action Compass website or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Action Compass : Action Compass provides professional workshops, masterclasses and educational events focused on decision design, data, AI and facilitation.
Event Registration : Your registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prices : All prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Where applicable, VAT will be shown during the registration process.
Payment : Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Action Compass does not store payment card information.
Event Changes : Action Compass reserves the right to modify: venue speakers agenda schedule where reasonably necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
Intellectual Property : All workshop materials, presentations, templates and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Action Compass unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Liability : Action Compass shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in an event or use of this website. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the organiser.
