CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

How cancellations, ticket transfers and refunds are handled for Action Compass events and masterclasses.

Participant Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.

Refunds are available according to the following policy:

  • More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund

  • Between 15-29 days: 75% refund

  • Between 7 -14 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 7 days: No refund, however, your ticket may be transferred to another participant upon request.

Ticket Transfer

If you cannot attend, your ticket may be transferred to another participant upon request and approval by Action Compass.

Event Cancellation

If Action Compass cancels an event, participants will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

Force Majeure

Action Compass shall not be responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or other exceptional events.
